I thought portable implied self contained. I have had nothing but false promises which I had to get the BBB involved with. Now I get a component style player only after already buying one thinking I would get a PORTABLE PLAYER as they advertise. I could NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! Has anyone else had this problem?
DIRECTV has been a nightmere to deal with since signing up. I have had to go as far as writing the BBB to get what they promised, and now they have let me down again! This company has zero credability with me since this last issue. I already BOUGHT a DVD player, thinking I would be getting a “PORTABLE” unit from them. Think twice before dealing with them. Or possibly record your conversation for your OWN “Quality Control Purposes!”
